When Olga and Yuriy came to Jackson from Russia, they wanted to create the perfect combination of refined elegance and the down-home friendliness that has made the South famous- so that is exactly what they did.
And like any good couple, they split up the duties. While Yuriy is back in the kitchen cooking the finest steaks and freshest fish, Olga is walking around the dining room making the customers feel right at home.
